went to go for a ride earlier, pulled away from the dock, hit jackplate down switch. It wouldn't go down.Did some testing after I got home seems the down relay decided to take a crap on me.If I jump the 2 big posts it will work.So the question is ;is this a special relay I can get only from Bob's or can I get one from one of my parts suppliers?

Most automotive ones work fine unless you're in salt water.

Are you sure its not just the button? Did you try jumping the wires that go to the switch?

I appreciate all the responses,it's not the button,I have the turnsignal style jack & trim levers on each side of wheel and buttons in back for transport purposes.
Just bought another complete jackplate identicle to one on boat,so I have parts untilI can get another relay.Just gotta take sometime in A.M. to change it out.Thanks.
