Saw this show today since my face was full of novacaine.
Kind of like this old house show. A few tips but submerged ads by contractors.
Anyway. It was on the FSNV channel at 2:30-3:00 EST.
They mentioned a rub rail place http://www.tacomarine.com/Default.htm
Also a LU gear oil checker at rapairhttp://www.rapair.com/TestEquipndx4.html#GearCheckTM Gearcase Sensor System
Mostly did a simple stereo install on a whaler.
On a whim found that they have a site.

was actually a pretty good 1/2 hr show.
he had the time then to do some pretty in depth stuff.
Did one I/O to O/B conversion.
Another neat one was converting an old open bow boat to center console fishing boat.
Cut the whole innner liner out and did a total re-hab, came out awesome!
Speedvision did away with boating and his show.

The same guy also appears in a weekly segment on Powerboat Television on Speedvision. It's usually on at 8:30 am (ET) Sat.

good show, usually catch it on sun morn upon wakeup, shot at a increadable facility in ft pierce fla where they service, build, modify mega yachts. no ****, 3, 4, 5 million $ yachts there are every day. they can put something like 200' under roof. on I 95 as you cross the canal that links lake ocachobee and the ICW you can see the facility on the right. cheaper real estate than the miami to palm beach corridor. their projects are always 1st class. fun out.

Some freakin awesome boats!
He did used to do some awesome projects, not just the dilly **** like trim tabs and such.
I don't think any of his new stuff is more than a few minutes though is it??

That place is American Marine now. Used to be Monterrey. They built 72' Sportfish for Nocklaus & Norman 10 or 12 years ago. !6 cyl German deisels, think MTU's. One of them pulled the Germans out and put 16V-92's in. Got tired of having to bring a mech from Germany to change the oil.
Fabulous facility. Did surveys on a couple boats there in the early 90's.
