For an outboard motor bought from an individual out of state its 6% with no cap, is that ridiculous or what. I bought a used outboard to replace mine that needs rebuilt, what if I just used it for parts, thats a bummer..well an extra $500 I wasn't expecting, thats boating huh.

when you go to register it on the title just put trade and they will not charge you tax..they wont ask you what you traded for or anything, and if they do just tell em you traded a car or something..

$8350 for an outboard that need rebuilding, Damn that hurts enough.
