Complete hydraulic steering system just add your steering wheel.
Comes with Helm, steering ram, hoses (22' from helm to transom and 3' transom to ram)
Worked great on my boat but going to Verado so need a power steering system. Helm fill plug was stuck so made an extra notch in the plug to use a philips screw driver on it. Otherwise in very good shape.
