What part # are the heads? Have they been machined at all?

They are 18488 C-3 heads from a 200 pro max and they have been machined to 28 cc's chamber size. There were natural when I got them and I painted them black. Rattle can stuff that would come off with thinner were one so inclined.

I am wondering if they would fit in place of 18488F 1 heads?

They will fit any fat block 2.0/2.5 gasket head application. So your answer is yes.
