User Control Panel gone haywire

I've had problems with other pages as well but the worst is that for the last few days all of the folders on the left side of my cp are stacked so I can't select a single forum action knowing what I'm clicking. Also when I type or select in the title bar to send a private message it takes me to the advertiser's link at the top of the page. Has anyone else seen this before?

Click Forum Settings in the Menu box at the top of the left column. There are some issues with the IE 10 and a component of V Bulletin that are causing the advertiser link crossover. Usually it goes to a Toyota Tundra ad. IT guys are working on a fix.
