1997 carpenter built 480 lb stv river rocket

My buddy bought a 97 stv river rocket a few months ago and was gonna redue it for a river boat but has changed his mind it is to light for what he wants to do, boat has a mod vp bottom has a 20 in transom has cable steering rigged for mercury, was a drag boat in georiga for several yrs and ran very strong, boat comes with everything in it for mercury except trim pump and fuel pump, boat needs some tlc has been sitting around for quite some time, It will be a very quick boat as it is very light good drag boat for sure. I believe this is my old boat, which I bought from GRUMPY several years ago. I sold it to a guy in the Carolinas around 2010 best I can remember. Last I heard the guy blew the engine and let the boat sit out and it was sold and went to Florida. It use to be a nice boat and "LITE". Larry Tindall had the sister to it if I remember correct.....

The more I think about it, I might be interested in it myself. Send me some pics please...
