engine alignment...twin Optimax installation

have twin Optimax 225 installed on my boat...they appear "toe'd in"...is there any measurement to take to make sure they are aligned properly??​

Measure the distance between the tip of the front of each lower unit (the bullet, or point) and then measure between the center on each prop shaft (usually a very small indentation in the prop shaft). Should be equal distance.

IIRC at merc school they said to have 1/8'' toe in. Having them toed in is way safer/better than any amount of toe out. JM2cts.
