What year is my Johnson V6 outboard?

Just bought this boat, and the nameplate is missing off of the outboard. Can anyone identify the year? Or even better, the model number? I can provide as many pics as necessary.

I think the limited edition was considered 225

There should be a tag on the port side clamp bracket with a model number on it, or pull the engine cover off and look in the center of the exhaust housing for the welch plug and get the model number off of it. You can pull the airbox off and look to see if the throttle blades have 2 or 3 screws in them(2 is 200HP, and 3 is 225HP). Also if it has adjustable idle mixture in the carbs those started late 94 IIRC. If the airbox is held on with a bunch of screws around the perimeter it is a 94 as 95 started the attachment with the center mounted plastic screws.

The butterflies each have three screws. The air box is held on with two plastic head screws.

There was an STV at the first RumbleondaRiver with a limited edition 225 on it. Nice running motors,as I recall it ran up to the limiter ,none of the 6200 run out of steam chit (Like mine)

I think i have narrowed down the model number to J225STLER. But I am unsure of the last letter which is called the suffix. Could be R,K,C etc. any ideas?

ER designates 1994 model year.
