Late 90s 3.0 rigging tube adapter ?

Hey guys... I've searched here and google and no luck...
I have a 2000 3.0 250 goin on my action, and I want the rigging tube adapter that goes in the lower cowling for a 2-2 1/2" rigging tube...

i cant find the part number or anyone that sells it... Any help will be appreciated.

not sold seperately so it comes with 17. This is the connector where the hose goes over it. There is a larger one where the hose goes in it. The whole male/female thing going on.
