We use Hyundai gas carts at our club. Yours look like it may almost be as loud.

yamaha snomobile motor out of a 1980 SRX 440. @ 75 HP

it scoots pretty good when it gets on the pipe.:D

yeah your ears itch after a good run. the neighbors got to be happy with the 9PM WOT tuning runs after work:D

Ya - heres an understatement!!:eek: Bet it gets kinda' scary on those terrain-tires after about 60!!:D

it needs a steering stabilizer but other than that its fairly stable.

speed estimated at @ 65. ive got to run a car or radar gun.

the low end to about 5 mph or so isnt very strong so it dosent roll smoke but after that it gets on the pipe ,hang on, it spins the tires a little.

That thing is too cool!! I am looking for a frame too!! Have got to build one of those. I have 32hp snomobile engine to drop in one, It wont be near as fast, but it will give me some practice for when I get a biger engine!!;)

Yea, I cant afford anything that runs!!:D ;) I am geting a truck real soon to and need all the money I can get to supe it up!! If my grades drop I will really need all my money, because I will have to buy the truck and the accesseries!!:( So if I can find something cheap that need work, I will jump on it!!

Theres alot i would change about it. Im still refining.

we are going to stud a set of tires and run it on the ice. maybe paddle tires and skis upfront in the snow.

The first thing it needs id a high speed gearset. they make 2 or 3 diffeent gears for it. she revs real high and has the potential for more speed if the gearing was brought down.

if you get a cart you should try to find an older one with a regular axle. not the one with the trans and stuff in it. If not just adapt a older 4 cyl mustang rear end into it.

I need to lengthen the pipes on it to give more low eng torque. She lacks a little on the low side.

A chain drive motorcycle motor @ 5-700cc's with a gearbox on it would be the cats ass. Just mount it sideways and run a short CV shaft into the axle.
The clutching on the snomobile motor is a bitch to get right.

id like to see more of these. Cummon build em! you need any help im here.
