Hey guys im new to all the prop choices out there and what they do for my style of boat...
I just got a 20' back country with a 300sx torquemaster 1.62 .it came with a 15 1/8 4 blade 22 power tech. 4000rpm is just under 50 and wot is 70 at 6400 rpms.

Today a friend lent me a 13 3/4 bravo 24p and the boat wants to stick in the water witch i dont like, cruise went way down but top end was 80.3 mph on gps but im hitting rev limiter very quick ...... i feel like i need a 26 or 27 p prop but i dont know what kind.

Basically i want a fast cruise and fast at wot but I dont want the boat to be stuck in the water at lower speeds I like the lift and fact I can run alot of air with the power tech but wot is too slow

I know theres guys out there with lake and bays with the same motor but I cant find what they run for a prop....

26 bravo XS labbed is the best for it.

I just sold my BC proguide 201 last month and although my setup was not spot on, It was performing much better than yours with a 250xs. I was told these boats like the trophy plus props which mine came with but I later swapped to a fury 25. My boat light would run 75+ and ready to fish WOT i could still manage 70ish. Now, when i fish i fish light as I just have a huge tackle back and about 8 poles but no bait wells filled up or anything like that. haha

better numbers? im hitting the limiter at 80...Have you ever tried the promax prop on your bc? Ive heard that the fury has a problem with slinging off ears and I heard the bravo xs is a good prop choice too

I thought I read above that at 6400 you were at 70mph. I sold my BC proguide last month and only ran the trophy plus and the fury.
