Hey guys!! I have a super clean set of 18789 C3 stock 38cc heads. All I have done (as I do to all my heads) is machine the bolt holes and bolt seating faces parrallel and perpendicular to the face. This eliminates any possibility of block stress when bolting/torqueing them up.
