Yes a core is required.

Yes we do make a Mercury 16 amp titanium flex plate flywheel @
4.5lbs for $650 (core required):D

Can you tell me the differance in the one you make vs. the jay smith light weight flywheel for , I think it was 450.00

Hi Brent
The difference in price is because our flex plates are replaced with a flex plate made of Titanium.
I belive Jay uses the original flex plate and modifys it.
Our flywheels are used mostly on our F1 customers World wide.
Jay's and Our's are both very nice! :D

Is the Yamaha flywheel for a 2.6 or 3.1 or do you make both if you could send me some info.
