I believe most of the rule book can be downloaded from the ODBA site at www.odbaonline.com or from the link on this site. I think the new changes are up if not all of them some of them.

I looked at the web site last night and they still had stuff on 2001 and 2002 rules, meetings and schedules. Nothing on 2003 Rules. Web site seems like it needs major updates.

I hope they get it done soon.

We are in the process of putting the 2003 rules together for our Delaware Valley Boat Race Club and we like to stay as synched up with ODBA as possible.
