please identify jack on V-King at scream site

Does any one know where to get the jack plate used on the V-King pictured on scream and fly's website. It is pictured in an article dealing with CLE vs. Bob's nosecone shootout. Also, why doesn't the photo's of the set up match the diagram at the bottom of the page on how to brace the transom? Any help would be great.

The red part is some setback spacers that were custom fabricated I believe and the black part is a manual jackplate from Bob's Machine Shop. They're a pretty versitile piece of equipment and are offered in 5 and 8 inch models. David
