Red line vs Merc hi perf oil

Any thoughts on Red Line oil vs Merc Hi Perf Oil ? I'm having a hard time getting merc oil from local dealers. Part number might help, but I can get red line from auto parts dealers. Thanks, Peter.

Redline makes a little more horsepower on the dyno, very little. Mercury is better for long term storage and rust inhibiting, has better cling retention on the internal parts.

The Redline I'm refering to is Two Stroke Racing Oil. Redline makes a few different two stroke oils. Two Stroke Racing Oil is the most expensive.

I have run both in all my boats,,
I have always loved the red line,,
wish i can find some local :)
Im running it on my promaxs and 260 race
motor :(
