power trim

hey guys,i got this weird problem with my trim,it works fine just sitting in the water,it trims fine when you take off,but when you stick it to run boat out it only trims so far and quits,i can slow down and it trims fine.this has got me stumped.im running a 2.4 240 bridgeport 15 inch cut bass mid with mercruser ski trim pump 12volts up and down.any help with this would be appreciated.,and no trim senders.

Do you have the 3 ram system or the single ram? The 3 ram sys. will only go so far and stop, further is for trailering!

its a single ram ,its got me stumped.

The trim hoses might be reversed, the up is a larger feed from the pump. I had the same problem. Good luck!!!
