Model number ID help

Got a 150 evinrude model number VE150TXEIE
I understand the word INTRODUCES is used to decode the last two digits but last two are IE ("19"?) or EE-? 99? please help

T = trim and tilt, electric start, X = 25" mid, EI = 91

What I am getting from an OMC model number reference book....

What I was seeing online is last two digits as year but thats what I assumed year to be

[Forkin' Crazy]

No prob. Last digit is a model run or suffix.
