Chattahoochee Thunder 800ft Drags
Saturday Aug.10th, Chattahoochee, Fla.
Less than a month to go!
I'd like to get an idea of who is coming to race.
I also need a ruff count of who is planing to be around on Fri. The City has offered to feed those that are around. I don't know what but none the less, its food.
The course start and finish buoys will be out by mid afternoon on Friday as well as scales for those that need it.
Here is what I've come up with on the Nostalgia Class rules
1990 and earlier hull<o:p></o:p>
Vessel configured to seat 3 or more, seats must be oem or oem like.<o:p></o:p>
No trim timers/computers, 12 volt trim only.<o:p></o:p>
Trim control buttons must be on the wheel, blinker style actuators allowed.<o:p></o:p>
Foot throttle mandatory. <o:p></o:p>
Dual cable or dual ride guide manditory, high performance hydraulic steering allowed. <o:p></o:p>
Low water pick up allowed, nose cone allowed. <o:p></o:p>
15" minimum midsection. <o:p></o:p>
V-6 Pro motor combo 1325lbs minimum weight unless 7 petal motor, then 1400lbs.<o:p></o:p>
OMC,Yamaha and Suzuki allowed at 2.7L or smaller.<o:p></o:p>
