I am new to painting, never done it, well, unless it came out of a can.
I am about 80% complete with the bottom of my build. I am building the Aquarod 15.

Doing some research on paints, there are not any good articles, information that is doing me any good. Very confusion on the stuff I have read. I dont know what kind of paint, what to add to the paint, how to apply (spay, brush, roller) or should I primer it 1st.

Boat is made of wood, but I am in the process of fiberglassing now.

HELP!

Thanks

If you go to the fiberclassics web site there are some great articles there on all types of boat painting. Also Wood Boat mag. sells some how to books that I have bought on painting and wood boat repair that are great. BTW unless you are using 2 part paint I would prime! Its always best to follow the paint makers instructions. Gary
