im currently running a 27p trophy plus on my 250 etec, but was wondering what difference is the bravo to trophy or is that trophy stops the pitches at 28p and bravo continues from there? im getting 88.2mph on my 21 foot mono hull with pad at 5950rpm and still lil bit more there....
curious thats all :)

Bravo has a larger diameter. 15 inches vs just under 14 for the Trophy IIRC.

Bravos were designed and recommended for use on the 3.0L engines and IOs. The Trophys are designed for the smaller V6 engines such as the 2.0, 2.4 and 2.5L.

I have run a Bravo XS prop. Was trying to fix a bigger problem by throwing props at it, boat mfg sent me the Bravo. Wasnt super impressed with the holeshot, but it got the bow out of the water for sure where the nose was glued to the water before. I would stick to the Trophy.

At 15.25" diameter, the Bravo's work really well at extreme engine heights. I've had very good luck with the Bravo's for speed and holeshot with the prop shaft 1" below the pad or higher. On my setup, running a Bravo lower than 1" below kills speed and holeshot. For me the Trophy's were just OK for speed but holeshot was terrible -- way too much slip.

thank you for your input guys, i do find a big slip issue running my trophy although mid range and wot ranges are awesome, but they stop at 28p, and would like to try a larger diameter than 14 1/2 whatever. i will try a new bravo 29-30 and see what the results are like.
cheers dennis.
