Try dealing with a state agency that monitors people, like say, property surveyors and see where you get.

I am in the midst of a year and a half old dispute with Discover card. I have even went as far as giving them the money they stole from me to just go away and they still can't get it right. They are very "special". Maybe I'll try this letter as a form and see if that gets a response. All the serious ones so far have done nothing.

Discover is off my list. They turned me down in college for credit when I had awesome credit, and I have never ever re-applied. They can kiss my rump!!!
