1991 Evinrude 115 and a 1996 90. Are these model years the same the same engine?

I scrapped the Block of a 1996 90 and can get a 1991 115 with a bad LU. Are these model years interchangeable? I can't remember when OMC when from the 90 deg V4 to the 60 Deg V4

91 115 is a 90 degree

There are three versions of the V-4.... Crossflow 90*, Looper 90* and looper 60*. Your '96 is a 60* looper and the '91 is a 90* crossflow
