In a bill proposed in California. No doubt those idiots will pass it. And you know what starts over there, for some reason infects the rest of the country.
This bill would define "assault conversation" for this purpose to mean any conversation
between one or more civilians where one or more trigger words are used. The bill would
declare that these trigger words are contained in a living document that can be changed as
the government sees appropriate based on the behavior and emotional mentality of the general
population.
Existing law makes conversation about an assault weapon a public nuisance, authorizes the Attorney
General, district attorney, or city attorney to bring a civil action to enjoin possession of the weapon,
authorizes imposition of a civil fine, and, with certain exceptions, requires disposition of the
offender's property, real and otherwise, by sale at public auction or by destruction. This bill would,
commencing July 1, 2014, make conversations about weapons or weaponry a public nuisance, would authorize
a civil action to enjoin possession of conversations, would authorize imposition of a civil fine, and,
with certain exceptions, would, similarly, require disposition of the civilian's method of communication.
Existing law authorizes a person to arrange in advance to relinquish communication devices to a police or
sheriff's department.
