Diluted muratic acid or any of the store-bought pontoon cleaners.

AlumaBrite....available from most auto parts stores. Spray it on an let set 30 seconds and rinse off...... while still wet spray again for 30 seconds and give a GOOD final rinse . Nice and shiny

Toilet boll cleaner from the dollar store. Works good and cheep.

All acid chemicals will clean it,but will turn it white. Get those fingers ready and go to it with a quality aluminum polish. It will be well worth the effort if you want it shiny.

Steel wool or a scotchbrite pad will pull the white aluminum and expose the shiny surface again after cleaning.

hit it with lime away or clr wash it good then Flitz away it will blind you when it's done
