240 hp Sportjet Block

Merc makes a sportjet 240, has 7 peddle front end, steel sleeves. What's it worth if anything. The block is excellent shape, no scoreing. No crank or rods. Does have pistons and heads. Not sure about the complete history of this motor. Do anybody know if it can be used for anything other than a sport jet motor.
