Hello. I have a 2005 300X. I know the factory ECU is not working 100%. I was wondering what everyone thinks is better. The Brucato PCU, or having my factory ECU fixed by Simon Motor sports? Does anyone have either one of these ECU's, or maybe someone has had both and can really compare the 2 of them. Pros and cons for both and any help and advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Hi John, the Brucato PCU or ACU doesn't work on the 300X, only on old school EFI 2.5 Mercury.
Simon should be able to get you fixed up. Good luck!

Send it to Simon he will test it and can add a better map if you want. He knows the 3 liters inside and out.

Thanks for the information guys. In terms of simon remaps, can you do it if the motor is stock and does it hurt the reliability of the motor?
Thanks again,
John

Tell him how you use the motor and he he will adjust it accordingly. No issues of reliability.
