Actually he was asking the rude disrespectful youth the questions due to her wanting a public defender that is why he asked about pay home and possessions to see if she had means to pay for her own lawyer i think the judge showed plenty of restraint and also as i live in florida and pay my fair share i dam sure dont want to pay for her a drug charge defence lawyer or anyone else for that matter

We are all immigrants.
At least he's not taking food stamps and welfare. The pre-Mariel immigrants actually worked for a living here and were welcome.... the criminal that Castro sent us gave them a bad name. Plenty of good Cubans here, and plenty of bad ones that make them look bad. The only thing I have against them is not wanting or needing to speak English. But as they say, if you don't speak English, you can't do business with me. Casto screwed them up big time, all he had to do is play ball with us and that country would have done a whole lot better. They would have been a huge vacation spot for us and raked in billions

The update to this story is that she issued a tearful apology and the Judge commuted her sentence to time served.

Nice to know that you can be on drugs and flip off a Judge yet still get off by shedding a few tears on the stand.

Now that she has her 15 minutes of fame she can party with fellow lowlifes Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan.

All the more reason to make an example of her. Her knowing that mommy and daddy had the means to get her released was where that smartass smile came from. I kinda liked it when the judge removed the smile. I would have loved to seen her kissin his ass when she pleaded for leniency. Would have been a much better video.

As I always point out, fear and respect for the law is at a all time low. when a local cop told me I hit the third and finaly pass you bet I changed my crazy #ss, INXS way of life. Gotta admitt, I'm embarrased with the BS I put the local law enforcment thru! Great to see they turned many of my friends, who have done worse, around!

I can see from your remark that he is quite successful, but those of use with ears not yet ruined by offshore exhaust snouts can hear the twang and drawl in the undertones. :cheers:
