I have "skyed" my Gransport like that a couple of times and it lands perfect with the engine first, ready for the next set of waves....It really scares the passengers.

Just like your picture, you and I did it correctly. By not using a lot of "early" power up the face of the wave, the bow has a chance to lift and point up the wave to the perfect upward launch position. If you are going to fast or come off the power, the bow punches through the top [crest] of the wave and lands flat or bow-downward. Flat or bow-down will wreck a longer hull, like it did on the Donzi. It is a slamming experience even on a short hull.
I see people with us on our PWCs during the Hurricanes here in Jax get going fast and try to jump a big wave, instead punching through the wave and slamming bow-down or flat. Many times it ends in a "Face plant" into the handlebars and trip for stitches at the ER....

That is what I was thinking, pull the three motors and rigging out and junk the hull. It'll never be right IMO! What a shame! :(

this is what is good about forums buy sell section, someone will try to fix this boat but it will never be the same, stress cracks will show up latter in other places etc... and with pics out there someone will let a buyer know, just my 2 cents, Matt
