What are my options for getting this back in working order?

Keep it for the rest of the good magnets and find another one.

How many magnets does it need? Do you have the hub, backup plates, ring gear and bolts? Do you want the outer ring lightened and ring gear lightened. Email me at [email protected]

Thanks, Rich Srnec

I'm not sure what your referring to as the ring gear? The starter ring gear has already been removed, are you referring to the aluminum body around the magnets? The only physical damage I can see is the magnets got destroyed. I had a crankshaft break at the top journal and it took out the ignition, including the flywheel.

Brendon Power replaces magnets 727-573-9288. I hope you match marked the hub to the body before you removed it. BTW that looks like a JSRE cut Flywheel. I have one just like it that only needs one magnet if you are interested. I believe Brendon charges $75.00 per magnet last time I talked to him. but that was awhile back.

And Taylor23 it's better not to post at all especially when you don't know what you are talking about.
