But for all else to know,
As of now, Sara and I will be there and staying overnight.
Of course with it being only us I would like to only swing the location vote to go toward a place with a pool and a Bar/restaurant.
Its much easier to have it all under one roof for us.
Otherwise count us in.

The plan for this meeting is to set an agenda for the formation of the club and to set an agenda for the year or at least begin working on it. If you have any ideas about what you would like to see out of this organization or events that you think would be fun to have or do please let us know. We also will need everyones input on where we would like to have events or gatherings please let us know. The rest of the plan is to find out who all is truely interested in being involved and try to pick a location where the mass of members are located. We definately want to try to book a hotel where we can meet, swim, attend the bar, and eat.

Anyone who is interested please contact me ([email protected]) with your name, address, phone number and preferred location. the location choices for now are

1) Fort Wayne, IN
2) Indianapolis, IN
3) Elkhart, IN

These locations are not set in stone but they seem to be the areas of the most interest. I also want to add that anybody is welcome to attend.

I look forward to getting the Ball Rollin!!!

My first choice would be Elkhart
then Indianapolis
then Ft.Wayne

My answers are based on mileage, whats closest to the most members makes the most sense.

Sure am glad to see someone interested in organizing A club. You may want to talk to Charlie K. He was the last president of N.E. In. hot Boat club and knows most all of the hot boat guys around Fort Wayne. He probably has the old club by-laws,mission statement, last club roster etc.... Please contact me if I can be of assistance. Sorry, will be out of town on the 8th [email protected]
