Any of you guys with fiberglass knowledge have a take on getting this fixed.

Boat was parked and hit on the corner by another boat running ~30mph. Driver fell asleep and ran right into it while my buddy was fishing.

Ins. Co. totaled the boat and I'm considering having it fixed and was looking form very general inputs before towing to be bid on. It's not a cap and hull boat. It's made like a skiff.

Measure the good side and make a part that is a mirror image and cut the damaged parts out of the hull and fit the part. Glass from inside and outside and gel coat it. The better you make the part the easier it will be to fair it in and make it look nice.
