2 GREAT fighters, was VERY happy for GSP, one of if not the most respectful UFC fighter in my opinion. Very happy to see him victorious !!!!!

I didn't know anything about the fight, but I'll agree that GSP is top notch by any standard and he's never done anything to make me think negative of him... It's good to see someone in the spotlight on pure talent, and not trash dispersion...

Yep I agree Kevin, what I really respected about this fight is in a pre fight interview he was totally honest stating he was scared....scared to loose, scared to let down his trainers, scared to not fight up to par, no trash talk at all, other than a kick to the head in the 3rd that took him down, he totally controlled the fight and really bloodied up Carlos Condit.

[B]I liked Condit' s previous post fight press conference when he said GSP wasn't injured,he was afriad of him,and when the camera panned to GSP he waved his hands and mouthed ''ooooooouuuuuuu''!!! just goes out and does the job!!

I like the setup for this fight. Instead of 'diaz' type trash talk to sell tickets, these two showed respect from beginning to end.
On another note, I don't think GSP should go after Silva. He's too big and as GSP stated, he'd come in at about 185 while Anderson might be 210-230. Lets see a Silva/Jones. The kid needs a spanking-!

It was a good fight, and to go from surgery and a 19 month layoff directly to a championship fight with the number one person in the weight class really says something about his abilities.
