Gearcase rack

So I winterized one of my boats today and I take the gearcases completely off and keep em in my basement. It kinda bugged me that they were just layin around takin up room on my workbench so I used scrap wood layin around to make a simple little rack. Simple little things like this make me happy. :)

Got one just like it at the shop just bigger, during winterizing season have no time to do anything but make em good for -30. Ours is full of mostly Alpha case's that showed water and we kept off the boats, we will fix the seal leaks over the winter reintsall the drives before they run them in the spring. And when they leave the shop will have the fluid levels all checked and the hull plug installed. 1 out of 5 put the boat in the water with no plug in it:eek:, tape a tag on the steering wheel telling them the plug is out and where it is but they still seem to put them in with no plug.:eek::D and its our fault:rolleyes:

Oh, speaking of Engines Tell Brett that His engine is still Running like a raped ape and i put about 25 hrs on her this year. Not that he would be suprised to here that i guess.
