I have a 15'' 150 2.0 on a 88 chritchfield,newly rebuild with ccms reeds and wiseco pistons. Turning a 26 chopper, i need some directions on settingm my prop position

Is the speed accurate? Is that with or without passengers? How many rpms is the motor turning? How high is the engine set now? How much does the boat weigh? Is the transom good? Have you tried any other props?
