I totally wrecked my shin slipping and getting in my Euro this weekend.
Any of you stv owners using some type of ladder and/or grab handle. Also, there are no cleats or anything to attach ropes or bumpers too which makes docking or rafting up difficult!
What do you guys use? Pics please!!

Pop up cleats for sure. My boat sits low in the back, so I usually just jump up and put my butt on the sponson.

I got some pop-up mushroom cleats for mine. Lowest priced style of pop-up cleat I could find.

Pop Up Cleats are Cool. Just remember, if your boat sits low in the back they will let water in while you are parked or not moving. Not a problem though if you have bilge pumps.

I used the standard Armstrong ladder and mount on mine (Armstrong Nautical Products ) , just cut the 3 step ladder down to 2 steps for easy storage under the hatch . Grip tape on the "triangle " and Accon 4 - 1/2 " pop up cleats cut into the area of the deck fore and aft that already had glassed in reinforcement under deck . BTW I totally destroyed my shin on Scott's (Euro Scott ) boat on the St Johns a few years ago on the St John's River . The infection damn near hospitalized me !!

If you get pop up, pull up, or folding cleats, make sure the ones you get have the rubber bushings. I have been on boats that have the cheap ones and the rattle will drive you crazy.
I plan on doing mushroom cleats on mine. dont forget to use backing plates on the cleats especially if your boat is a light/thin build.

I have a ladder similar to one of the aqua performance ladders on my Euro, I don't have any pictures of how it's mounted but I could take some and email or text them to you if you would like. It's a spring loaded single step ladder and works great and it actually doesn't look that bad when mounted
