Just purchased the motor which is a fresh rebuild. When I put the motor in the water for the first time and blasted off it seems like it was bogging down. When the boat would get on plane it would pick up rpms and then bog again. The boat I put this on had been setting up for 3 years. I'm thinking its the fuel lines. Any suggestions?
