1994 Black Max 200 EFI Hole #2 melt down

First time out with Dad's boat this year. Did about five laps around the lake, then one at idle. All of the sudden the engine just locked up. Found this when we got it home. Any advice on the rebuild would be great. (Tips, Parts, Ect.)

Lean..... my first guess.....could be anything from a restricted fuel flow to clogged injector....
