please explain the pros and cons of a long or short trim ram on a 15" 2.5 offshore mid or which is preferred and why. thanks

short ram is for drag racing. you trim your motor all the way up. also half the weight. preference depends on your application. i use the long ram on my 15.wouldnt have it any other way.
