Mercury 260 Powerhead Gasket Question

Getting ready to pull the powerhead from a 1997 260 and was wondering if somone could confirm the gasket part number that is located between the bottom of the powerhead and the top of the pan?

Is there a similar gasket on the underside of the pan (between bottom of pan and top of exhaust plate)?

Are there any other gaskets that should be replaced while the powerhead is off?

I use Pro Marine part number 2693A in all my rebuilds it replaces OEM part number 27-823142

There are two of those gaskets - one on each side of the steel pan plate.
