Depending on what octane you need, there are a few marinas with gas available, (but they usually charge about .50 to a buck more a gallon) up and down the river.

HOw many miles you planning on running I can go about 35 more or less and I have to run 93 octane! Also is it rough where your going?

Sunday forecast looks like waves from wind won't be an issue, however there can be a lot of boat wakes in various parts. There are a few protected/calm spots between Haddam and Hartford, just have to keep an eye out for the local water cops and the speed limit.

Do you have an idea yet where you are going to launch from ?

no i was gonna run around with you possibly but big waves and water cops are a big no no. the action dont like either of those i thought about maybe going to gildersleeve island but idk if anybody will be there.
