Boating In Kansas

Lost afew E-mail address of guys from the Kansas City Kansas area and Kansas city M.O. that run in smithville lake or around here in this area , need a spot boat so i can go run my rig to try and get it set up before the season starts , having some set up problems, need a spot boat in case i get piched in the water to get me out, dam water to cold to swim for to long, plus looking for a good glass shop to cut down the transom on my rig thanks for any help Jim S.
