I've heard of getting a good "launch" in your car at the drags, but this is a bit extreme!

come on, the dakota isn't that bad is it? but that old falcon probably didn't need to get launched of the carrier, they could have taken it to earl shribes and got it a $99 paint job! btw look at the crowd!must get boring at sea for a coulple of months.

People are going to be pissed when the hull is carried under the ship and sucked into the prop. Them things under there are like 30ft tall. And there are 4 of them..Pitch anyone..lol

Just a handful of little stuff, runs great! Loose oil trans. to gauge, broken emergency brake cable handel, broken seat release driver side, broken elect. mirror, passenger side and on and on. I think there's a vehicle carma going on here.....I think the truck actually "knows" I don't like it so......I had a 98 I loved, twas that pearl blue...babied that thang no end! We neded the extra cab so traded the 98 on a 99 been a PITA every since!

I thought about the car being sucked under the boat into the props, but I think maybe the props would be prety solid..imagine the torque they have to put up with every day, plus, they wouldn't have to be light. I suppose you could stuff it with scrap metal, and launch it with the windows down to..would go under in no time!
What would have been cool would have been to weight the car, and put plates on the bottom, so it would have skimmed when it hit the water like a stone!

Regards, Andrew.

now whats wrong with that truck! it was pouring down rain when i saw your truck! now that thing shines! they did a great job painting it! btw,did you have the baja painted yet, could have had a matching tow rig. and for the props getting messed up, you know what the admiral said before the launch on that suggestion,"taxpayers will pay for the new props"

My buddy is looking for a truck like that. He would trade his Shiny red Cadilac SVS Northstar. It really hauls

Scott

IS THAT Z28'S & T/A'S OR IS HE PICKING ON THEM LITTLE V6'S. THE CADDY I RACED LOST POWER AT 130 COMP SHUT IT DOWN. THE BLACKBIRD T/A HAS BEEN TO 147 IN 5TH DONT KNOW WHAT TOP END IN 6TH IS. I HAVENT HAD THE BALLS OR A ROAD LONG ENOUGH TO FIND OUT YET. AND IT IS IS STILL ALMOST STOCK WITH 80,000 MILES ON IT. RUNS LOW 12'S IN THE 1/4 AND GETS 30MPG IN 6TH AT 85MPH TURNING 1900RPM.

WOW, your rockin with that car. I think they were just bragging up the "hole shot" with the Caddy's. I dont think its going to hold the road that well at high speeds.

Looks like you Bird would be a good run for Rob V from Kentucky's Monte SS. My SS is bone stock and just looks fast...LOL
