Bath salts are *supposed* to show in blood tests, problem is they have so many different types nobody knows what the hell is in them. They also have a permanent effect on heavy users long after they are out of the system, just like meth. No telling how long it took this guy to snap after his brain had cooked itself.

You need to read of the increase in psychotic episodes in young teens/ teens when they are using pot. There is a large increase in Schizophrenia among young pot users. Read the headlines of all of the never-before-seen crazy crimes.

It's already been mentioned that most of these alternative synthetic drugs don't appear in drug tests, and are so chemically diverse that the authorities don't even know how to test for them. How do you really KNOW what was in his system, when only ONE substance is detectable?

How do you know those teens weren't already Scizophrenic, and were self-medicating in an attempt to control their mental illness? The mental hospitals get people hooked on all kinds of addictive drugs that destroy the brain and turn people into zombie drug addicts. But that's OK?

By rereading the article you will notice that many of their concerns were with "The FIRST ONSET of schizophrenia" so that negates the main portion of your argument.

Provide me with your research on the differences between synthetic compounds that have been found and organic THC so I can join into all of your opinion.

Pot usage by adolescent teens leads to their dopamine receptor's growth being stunted. When dopamine from an outside source is introduced into the young body, (on a regular basis) the receptor does not develop. The receptor in the brain develops from age 10-18 or so.
Frequent pot usage as an adolescent can lead to adult depression and numerous other psychological problems in adulthood.
