I would like a couple of cases of Canadian pennies to search for rare or odd pennies and the obvious copper value.
Want circulated coins packed in 25 dollar cases.
I am willing to pay shipping and a small fee for the work and in no rush send me an instant message Thanks

Canadian pennies are made of steel and are copper plated. They went out of production last week, no more being made ever.

I know that but that doesnt mean they dont still use them as currency. And any canadian penny made before 1996 is 98% copper

Hmmmm- okay so you got me thinking.
A Canadian penny weights 2.35 grams - roughly 453 grams per pound. Thats $10.64 per lb / IF ever penny date ranges from (once again roughly) 1942-1996 - to be 98% / not taking into consideration the rare coin or two you MAY or MAY NOT find. #1 OR # 2 copper pays how muck a pound right now ?? $3-$4 bucks at best ? ( correct me if Im wrong) But Im having a hard time seeing where a profit is other than sifting through a shztload of pennies.....????
