Actually got a response from one of them after I sent the same reply:
Gues I'll have to call the police station and ask them to forward the check :D

that the check sent comes in excess (extra) funds ... this extra fund
in it will be for the Shipper.... who will be picking the item up...
which implies that as soon you get the check and cash it..You will be
deducting extra $100 for your own running around and the rest funds
will be sent via Western Union to my Shipper. I will send the Shipper
