Yes, except there is no oil gear so you will have to pre mix. Also run the 77 center main bearings.

excuse me for my ignorance, but how do the centermains differ? I found a crank and was wondering what a good price would be?
The 77 crank runs the plastic bearing cages. They are better anyway.

the center main bearing area of the crank is shaped differently from the 2.4 crank, if ya run a 2.4 center main bearing on a 2.0 crank it will fail, so run the 2.0 crank in the 2.4 block with the 2.0 bearings and all will be good to go :D

I have a 77 model 175 crank I need to put it in a 94 model 2.5 will the 2.5 bearings work . Are there any perticuler bearings I need for this .
THANKS earl murchison
It will fit right in a 2.5. All the 2.5 bearings will work but again you will not have an oil gear.
