have a Optimax 150hp was going fishing motor was hard to start finally got started ran ruff over 3000rpm motor started to run really ruff brought back to idle tried again same problem took sparkplugs out all looked like they were firing except cyl #3 changed plug with new one same thing tried spark plugs withspark tester all were fireing and coils give me the correct reading against the book cyl #3 seems to stay wet and piston also is wet oil gas where should i start tolook before i i pay to hook up to DDT thanks any help will be very much appreciated Jorge

I won't even go into detail about how that ign system works because it would crash greg's board and he'd kill me. Other than making sure all electrical connections are tight and connected and the grounds are good, take it to the dealer and have your wallet probed. It'll be easier in the end. ;)

I agree with the capt. Between looking at fuel and air pressures, tracker valves, air pressure regulators, fuel pressure regulators. Knowing that 1 bad CDM can cause others to fail. Having 1 cyl starting go down or a chipped reed is sometimes hard to hear due to idle compensation in the ECU. Take it to a dealer.
