Cant get my mirage to stop bouncing at 4500 it starts i tried to drive it out but it gets worst it has a 200 2.4 15' motor with 91/2 set back engine height is 1'' above pad im running a 26 big ear chopper ......... NEED HELP!

I don.t know if your set-back is average for that boat ,or could use less any more history of this rig thanks.

Get rid of the chopper, too much bow lift, try an ET or a Cleaver.

cleaver will help. but you will still have it, just not as much

Lower your motor height and make sure trim pin is on your lowest setting are completely out . You may not be getting enough negative trim. It is something simple , not your props.

I lowered engine 1'' my prop shaft is even with bottom of pad. The boat cleaned up after 80 but still have problem around 4000 to 5500.

Lower motor some more, you are almost there. What type of Mirage and weight. If lower unit is a cle you must run it a little low. Setback is not a problem, I have ran 2 foot, almost negative trim on top and ran with a load perfect. You can also try a aluminum whale tall on cavitation plate. Make it long and not too wide. I can give you measurements if you need.
